Christmas Closures 

Our Auckland and Wellington Offices will be closed for business from 5pm Friday 22 December and will reopen on Monday 15 January 2024. We will have skeleton crew from Tuesday 2 January for urgent IP filings. 

 

The Intellectual Property Office of New Zealand will be closed from Monday 25 December 2023 and reopen on Wednesday 3 January 2024.

 

IP Australia will be closed from Monday 25 December 2023 and reopen on Tuesday 2 January 2024. 

 

Applications and documents submitted on these dates will have the following working day as their filing date. If the deadline for filing an application or document falls on these dates, then the deadline will shift to the following day.

As 2023 comes close to an end, we would like to take the opportunity to reflect on this year. Thank you to our staff, clients and wider colleagues in the Law and IP fields. It has been great to work alongside you for another successful year and we look forward to more to come. 

 

Auckland and Wellington City Mission 

 

This year we have decided that rather than sending corporate gifts, we will be donating our gifts budget to the Auckland and Wellington City Missions. City Missions help our communities in numerous ways especially around this time of year by providing Christmas Hampers, a free Toy Store and Social supports for those in need. We are delighted to donate, and we trust you will support us in supporting the families in our community.
